​I offer one-to-one counselling online for people who are struggling with things like anxiety, depression, major life changes, trauma, or relationship challenges. Maybe you’ve lost motivation or find yourself wondering what happiness really means to you. Together, we create a space where you can pause, feel heard, and begin to make sense of things.

 

Your story is unique—and your therapy will reflect that. The aim is to support you in finding clarity, understanding yourself better, and feeling more able to move forward.

We’ll begin by exploring the issues you’re facing right now and if helpful, we’ll also look at your past to understand how early experiences shape your current behaviours and thoughts.

 

Many symptoms of anxiety, low mood or disconnection are normal responses to trauma. I bring a deep understanding of how trauma, especially childhood abuse, coercive control, and domestic violence, can affect the nervous system and sense of self.

Some people reach a point in life where they feel lost, unsure of who they are or what direction to take. Maybe the things that once brought joy no longer feel meaningful. If that’s where you are, we’ll spend time gently exploring what matters to you, so you can begin to reconnect with yourself, rediscover what makes you feel alive, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

 

Together, we’ll build awareness, develop practical tools, and gently reshape those patterns.

 

The hope is for you to experience a sense of relief, gain clarity, and feel more empowered to progress towards a more fulfilling life

Initial Consultation

The first step is a free, informal chat over video call. It’s a chance for you to tell me a bit about what’s been going on and what you’d like support with. You can also ask any questions or raise any concerns you might have. There’s no pressure or commitment—just space to see if this feels like the right fit for you.

Ongoing Sessions

If you decide to go ahead, we’ll usually meet once a week for 1 hour. This gives time for reflection between sessions and, sometimes, space for gentle activities or tools you can use outside  therapy.
